Green Friendly: We are dedicated to creating homes of superior design and quality, incorporating the latest Green Friendly home technology, such as geothermal heating and cooling, ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilation System) structured wiring, passive and active solar, low maintenance exteriors, etc. John Chewning, the owner/builder of Keswick Homes, LLC, draws on over 20 years of experience as a Natural Resource Engineer to ensure that your energy costs are held to a minimum. Additionally, we recycle timber harvested on the property during your homesite clearance. Much of the trim, hardwood floors, stair treads handrails and beaded ceiling board incorporated in our homes is custom milled from this timber. We have shops and storage facilities adjacent to the subdivision and utilize and recycle all left over material. All new homes have an "Energy Star" high efficiency rating and will in fact far exceed the energy star rating criteria!
